Makro concretó la adquisición de Basualdo
El pasado 10 de diciembre se formalizó la adquisición del 100% de las acciones de Roberto Basualdo S.A. por Supermercados Mayoristas Makro S.A. Al frente de la nueva unidad de negocio fue designado Enrique Tonzo.
